RONOTHOR SSHE
The high pressure heat exchanger RONOTHOR RT can be used for heating or cooling of high-viscous products. The RONOTHOR RT is mainly used for the pasteurisation and crystallisation of spreads such as margarine, shortening or other edible fats where the RONOTHOR shows excellent results. The RONOTHOR is based on proven technique combined with continuous development based on the operational experience of well-known producers. Therefore, the RONOTHOR design is always state of the art.
PIN WORKER UNIT
The pin worker unit is mainly used for intensive treatment of margarine and edible fat products, in order to achieve a proper crystallisation and right texture during the production process. Depending on product and desired consistency the pin worker unit can either be placed between the cooling steps or at the end of the cooling process. The RONO pin worker unit is based on proven technique.
HIGH PRESSURE PLUNGER PUMP-RHP
The RONO high pressure plunger pump is a triplex piston pump and is used to convey various edible fat products through multi-purpose process lines. The pump cylinder is separated into three chambers in which the plungers are moving for gentle transfer of the product. Suction and discharge side of each plunger are equipped with special dimensioned pump valves to ensure the highest volumetric efficiency.
